Antioxidant Supplements

If you aren’t taking them, then you are in the stone ages.

There are a few different companies you should know about that are making waves in the wellness industry.  These drinks boost your antioxidant level.  They are all competitors, but the bottom line is that they all help you achieve optimal health.  There is no right or wrong, but there are different benefits from each.  The benefits of each seem far fetched, but we won’t see the true beauty of these drinks for years to come.  It has been proven time and time again that more antioxidants in our system extends our life.  These superfoods are the true fountain of youth and if blended properly, we can have a multitude of antioxidants in one shot a day.

My main concern with these products is that they ALL are only offered through MLM, pyramid scheme, party planning or whatever you want to call it.  I wish these products were available to be bought in stores, but until that day comes, we’re stuck dealing with MLMs and sappy salesmen who don’t care about your health but really only care about your wallet and bringing you on board to their lucrative business model.  Be wary about the business, but be thankful for the product.

Here are the main competitors:

Double X

Owned by one of the largest MLM companies in the world.  Most know the parent company Amway.  But a bad reputation caused them to change their brand to Quixtar.  Nutrilite is a line of nutrition products geared towards consumers and athletes.  Double X is a daily multivitamin that has an insane amount of antioxidants.  Many professional athletes are on their advertisements and claim to use their Double X/Triple X product.  Be wary of their other products, though.  They have some protein bars and protein powders that are pathetic in my opinion.  If choosing Nutrilite, go with the Double X and THAT’S IT!

LifePak Nano

The original largest seller for Pharmanex, this is a great multivitamin.  I’ve personally taken this for years and have had great success with it.  I mention it in my book and think it’s a strong product that has taken Pharmanex to the level it has now grown to.  Unfortunately, I feel Pharmanex has “sold out” and now they have products that are similar to the crap sold by Amway.  This is a disappointment since the Lifepak Nano is such a strong antioxidant.  Don’t be confused by their wealth of cosmetics – the lifepak nano took much research and is a work of art.  Use it!

Vi-PAK

From Visalus, the Vi-PAK has the highest antioxidant levels of any other multivitamin on the market.  Barely surpassing the Lifepak Nano, the Vi-PAK offers an AM and PM packet to take with meals.  Just like most MLMs, Visalus has some pathetic products they are trying to push, too.  Steer clear of their TSS Program, and other bogus products which they claim will make you get in great shape.  I am a strong believer in the Vi-PAK, but nothing else they offer.

Monavie

Newest on the market, Monavie is derived from the Acai berry.  They have a few different blends they coin Pulse, Active, and then Original.  These different blends are marketed towards different groups.  However, I believe this to be marketing bs though I believe the acai berry to be one of the best, so just take the blend with the best flavor and you’re sure to reap great benefits.  So far this company is doing great and I would recommend their product as one antioxidant to rely on in your quest to better health.

G3 Juice

G3 is a direct competitor to Monavie.  A tart, but sweet juice filled with antioxidants.  Many I’ve talked to claim the G3 tastes like bloody mary mix.  It is comprised primarily of the antioxidant rich gac fruit from Southern Asia.  It is enhanced by a Syberian pineapple, cili, and Chinese lycium.  No idea what that means, but it tastes pretty good and I have used a few hundred bottles of it.  G3 is another great product by Pharmanex.

Noni Juice

Tahitian Noni is a blend from the exotic and powerful superfood Noni primarily found in the South Pacific.  This juice also has blueberry and grape juice added to it for a tart taste similar to grape juice.  Similar to Pharmanex and Amway, Noni is branching out into skincare products and other cosmetics.  I don’t see why these juice companies do that. It is highly annoying.  Just buy their juice and stay away from the other marketing BS.

These are just a few of the companies that are marketing the great superfoods in our lovely world.  All of these foods have been used for centuries by various cultures, but only in the past decade have they been available worldwide.  As people prevent cancer, increase athletic performance, enhance weight-loss success, and possible extend their lives substantially, we will see these antioxidant drinks and supplements more and more.

While this chart may not be 100% accurate since it is from a biased source, it is still very close to the truth.  Check out the highest antioxidant foods and add them into your diet.  Most likely this will be hard to do, so your best bet is to take a few of the products I’ve mentioned above.

To hear more, read my book The Leaf of Life which goes over antioxidant products in explicit detail.
